Consulting engineering company is looking for its future experienced building mechanics director

What will your daily life be like?

• Management of the department as a whole:
• Manage the department’s human, material, budgetary and software resources
• Participate in the strategic development of the department
• HR/Recruitment/Performance appraisal
• Monitor and develop resource efficiency when carrying out projects
• Technical development, innovation, BIM
• Monitor department projects: Quality, Performance/efficiency, Choice and technical orientations
• Support business development, participate in the drafting of service offers
• Maintain and develop relationships with our partners in complementary disciplines

Participate in mandates as project manager:

• Carry out assessments of existing mechanical installations
• Meet customers and define the mechanical needs of a project
• Design plans and quotes for the different mechanical systems
• Make budget estimates…
